Planning Meetings

Meetings are usually included as part of the monthly Parish Council meetings held in the Memorial Hall, Stedham, normally starting at 7:00 pm.

Meetings are open to the press and public. Members of the public are free to raise any issues of concern.

Schedule of upcoming planning meetings:

Planning Applications will normally be considered during SIPC Ordinary Meetings which are held on the second Thursday of each month.

Please see SIPC Meetings tab for dates and Agendas. A separate Planning Meeting will only be convened when the  deadline for responses falls before the next scheduled Council meeting. A Planning & Extraordinary Meeting will be held on Thursday 3rd of August in the Stedham Memorial Hall starting at 7:00pm. An Agenda can be downloaded to your device by clicking here

Planning Minutes - these will be included, as from May 2019, in the SIPC Meeting Minutes (see SIPC Meetings tab) unless a separate Planning Meeting is convened.
