Finance & General Purposes Committee

Meetings are included as part of the monthly Parish Council meetings held in Stedham Memorial Hall, normally starting at 7:00 pm. Meetings are open to the press and public. Members of the public are free to raise any issues of concern.

Schedule of upcoming Finance Meetings: Financial matters will be considered during SIPC Ordinary Meetings which will be held on the second Thursday of each month.  Please see SIPC Meetings tab for dates and Agendas

Finance Minutes - these will be included, as from May 2019, in the SIPC Meeting Minutes (see SIPC Meetings tab) unless a separate F&GP Meeting is convened. Minutes of F&GP Meetings held previously can be accessed by clicking  on the date below to download the document to your device.

Access to Information

As part of the parish council's commitment to transparency in its work, as well as providing information through the website, it also makes copies of the following available to the public.

Parish Council spending is summarised in its Annual Return, see below to access the various reports. A report on the current spending against Budget is included at every Ordinary meeting of the Parish Council together with a Financial Summary Report, which includes a list of Payments and Receipts over the previous four months and a list of invoices to be approved for payment, please click on the Council/SIPC Meetings tab above.
